We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Assistant to start as soon as possible with a passion for food and “can do” attitude with flair and enthusiasm to work at our lively and successful 11-18 Secondary School.

We have vacancies for 17.50 hours per week working between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. with some flexibility.

Duties will include; basic preparation of food including cooking, transporting and serving meals, general kitchen and dining room duties e.g. washing up, setting up and clearing away of equipment, general cleaning of kitchen and dining hall plus receiving payment for meals using the electronic till.

Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided to enable the post holder to carry out their duties completely.
