We require as soon as possible committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join this lively and successful 11-18 Secondary School.

The successful applicant will be required to support students in English lessons and will work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff during lessons. This post would ideally suit an applicant who may want to pursue a career in teaching or who is returning to teaching following a career break from teaching, or a similar role, in a primary or secondary school.

A desire to make a positive contribution to the life of the school and an enjoyment of working with children are essential. A good level of education is required, with Numeracy and Literacy skills to GCSE or equivalent (A*-C). Any further qualification in English would be an advantage.
