Privacy Notice For Pupils, Parents & Guardians – Cheshire & Wirral Partnership

Cheshire West and Wirral NHS Partnership (CWP) are required to complete public health services targeting 0-19yrs age groups, these services include School-age Immunisation and Vaccination Programme.  To deliver the current programme Cheshire West and Chester Council provides School Census data to CWP so these services can be offered to our pupils.
